Description: Colorized photo postcard of the entrance to the Elstone Park development located at Mott Avenue and Grenada Place in the Bayswater section of Rockaway, Queens. The area was once home to Bailey’s Bayswater House, which became Elstone Park Hotel around 1906 - and the area around it was developed as cottages by the Elstone Park Realty Company.; Address, postmark, stamp and inscription on verso.
