Joseph H. Van Mater, Jr. Miscellaneous Real Estate Deeds

This is an extremely small collection consisting of only a dozen documents, virtually all of them real estate deeds. These deeds are with several different individuals, though the name Edward Wilford occurs most frequently. Evidently, the land referred to is always noted as being in Maspeth, and it is quite possible that essentially, the various deeds or related documents may refer to the same piece of land. Documents are dated primarily in the l850s.
