Description: Joint interview with Hans Conrad and Anna Goldsmith about their experience attending the 1939-1940 New York World's Fair conducted on July 30th, 1980. They discuss their favorite exhibits (General Motors and Consolidated Edison's City of Light) and the Fair's vision of the future. Transcript from oral histories conducted under the direction of Warren Susman in conjunction with the "Dawn of A New Day" exhibition at the Queens Museum of Art in 1980.
