Description: Looking north along Shaler Avenue (now Ransom Street) from Rocky Hill Road (now Braddock Avenue), a vacant shingled farmhouse is seen just right of center. At 223-01 Rocky Hill Road, the Frank R. Smith coal elevators are seen at right. Unseen beyond the building at the end of Shaler Avenue (center distance) was the old Creedmoor railroad line.
