Description: Close-up of placement of Citicorp (later renamed Citigroup Center and then 601 Lexington Avenue) on the Panorama of the City of New York. The Panorama, a large scale model of New York City, was originally constructed for the 1964-1965 New York World's Fair and became a permanent exhibition in the New York City Building in Flushing Meadows Corona Park. The Panorama has been updated over time to reflect the changing architecture and landscape of New York City.
