Description: The Henry Onderdonk Papers (4 folders, 1797-1809) focus on the will and final testament of Henry Onderdonk, a descendant of the Long Island Onderdonks, whose family origins are from Holland. Mr. Onderdonk lived in the North Hemstead area of Queens in the middle 1700’s and passed away on January 5, 1798. When Mr. Onderdonk passed away he left Elbert Hegeman as executor of his will. Mr. Hegeman died on October 18, 1816.
