Description: Looking north along the Long Island Rail Road's Bay Ridge division tracks (the old Manhattan Beach Branch), at the Bushwick Avenue crossing. The crossing shanty at right is the Cabin "Z" signal station. As part of the grade-crossing elimination program, a railroad tunnel was planned from lower Bushwick or New Bushwick to East New York.
