Description: Khanna Mastova is the director for a non-profit organization called C.A.C.A.J. ( Council Aid of Central Asian Jews). She immigrated to America from Uzbekistan along with her husband in 1994. In this interview, she states that she she formed C.A.C.A.J. to advance special education students. She goes onto talk about why she loves teaching and also compares the educational system in the United States to that in her home country.
