Description: Mr. Graziano discusses the lack of public transportation in Waldheim. He also talks about the increase in Korean and Chinese residents in the last wave of immigration. He identifies the housing market and speculation as being a major problem in the area. After Auburndale's summer 2010 rezoning, all of northeast Queens, with some exceptions, will be rezoned. Much of the rest of Queens has been rezoned.
