Description: Lorraine Salazar's father is from Guatemala and her mother is from El Salvador. She identifies her food culture more with El Salvadorian food. She said both countries are neighbors, so they share some of the similar cultures. She has been cooking since she was 16 years old and until this day her mother still hold some secrets from her. The interviewer, Jessica Bernal, only submitted the first part of this interview recording. The second part was deleted.
