Description: Interview with Marcia (last name unknown) who was eight years old when she attended the 1939-1940 New York World's Fair. She recalls the long lines to see the Futurama exhibit; Heineken's on the Zuider Zee; and viewing the babies at the incubator exhibit. Transcript from oral histories conducted under the direction of Warren Susman in conjunction with the "Dawn of A New Day" exhibition at the Queens Museum of Art in 1980. Some transcripts may be incomplete or may not follow the interview verbatim.
