Description: Central School and Congregational Church, Holland, Rockaway Beach. The school building is now gone, but the church is still there (now the First Congregational Church,2018) on Beach 94th Street. The Holland section of the Rockaways went from Beach 88th to Beach 100th Streets, and was named after the Holland family which ran a hotel there.; Inscription on recto. Address, postmark, and stamp on verso. Text addressed to Mrs. Alix Mursell, reads: Am just one block below here on the ocean, it is lovely. Having a jolly good time, T.
