Description: There are thirteen real estate deeds or related documents in this small collection, these having been gathered together simply because they pertained to land transactions among several individuals in the town. They are in rather poor condition, some of them being illegible in parts. In range of years, they cover various dates in the first half of the 19th century. The names of Pearsall and Combes (Combs) appear most frequently, leading us to believe that perhaps these documents were at one time among the papers of either one of these individuals.
