Description: William Sackett House - Yellow house was built in 1836. The house was on the east side of 63rd St. about 370 feet south of Woodside Ave., and 400 feet north of Queens Blvd. Later the 60 acer plot of land around the house was owned by A.R. Lawrence in 1852. In 1853 area was laid out as "Lawrenceville," and later was known as Hyatt Heights or Locust Grove. The street first appeared on the 1859 Map.
