Description: Flushing Avenue - S. Hebbard House (in 1852) on the west side Flushing Ave. north of Metropolitan Ave., just south of 53rd St. It was owned by Andrew Hutty Prior to 1849, S. Hebbard 1852, George H. Hubbs (a Milkman) 1891, and E. Hebbard 1860, 1873. Occupied by Mott circa 1922. Some distance north of here in 1891 was the Queens County Driving Park, between Grand Ave., on the south side of the railroad tracks, Garrison St. (54th St.) and John St. (60th St.)
