Description: Colonel Hunt House - Metropolitan Ave. on the NE of corner 69th Ave. Col. Hunt had a stock farm. Property was owned by: Thomas Hunt 1860, T. Hunt 1873, J. Hunt 1891, and Hunt Estate 1896. A Wolfert was the occupant in 1922 and the Pennsylvania Railroad owned. The house was taken down Feb. 1925. [Black mark from damage to the negative]
