Description: William Boerum House - Showing barn and outbuildings on the east side of White Pot Road (now Dane Place) just south of Exeter St. (near current intersection of Fleet St. and Yellowstone Blvd.) Ed England was owner in 1923, and Werner was the occupant in 1922. The property was sold to Pennsylvania Railroad in 1923, along with many other houses in the area.
