Description: Old Debevoise House - (aka Charles Stehling House) at new site that became the NE corner of Metropolitan Ave. and 71st Ave., it was moved here around 1890 from Metropolitan Ave. and 72nd Ave. In 1852 was A. Hegeman, was Mrs. Hendrickson in 1860 and 1873, Jacob Debevoise had in 1890's. John Boss occupied the house circa 1922-23. The house was torn down in 1924.
