Description: J. Tompkins House - View of north and west sides, it was old No. 64 Old Mill Rd. (now 63rd Road), south side, just east of Marlowe Ave. (99th St.). The house was owned by J. Tompkins 1852, then Ascan Backus (1860, 1873), then Lever (Mary Elizabeth Backus, Daughter of Ascan, Married J. Howard Lever in 1874). The house was gone by May 1926.
